You would see me not just on our office writing pleadings, motions and other legal documents. You would see me bring work on coffee shops, on our room, on hotel rooms during out-of-town hearings. I don’t mind, really, as long as coffee is within reach. There’s something about coffee that spices up the mind and inspires me to write. 🙂

My hubby and I became one of the winners for Starbucks’s “Why do you love Starbucks” essay writing contest. The prize came in via LBC delivery and such a pleasant surprise: Three Starbucks card (one containing PhP500, the other two PhP300), plus leather card holder bearing the Starbucks logo. It is undeniable that Starbucks is one of our favorite meeting places with clients and friends. The prize came in at the perfect time, this time of the year when our favorite holiday beverages are available: Toffee nut latte, Peppermint mocha, and Gingerbread latte. 🙂 Yum, yum!!
